Open source libraries use for computer vision
Strejček, David ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce readers to basis of selected open-source libraries and their implementation in the field of computer vision. The thesis’s introduction deals with theoretical basis of computer vision and possibilities of its practical use. The research part presents an elementary overview of open-source licenses including selected open source libraries. This part is enriched with a comparison of selected open-source libraries according to selected criteria. In the practical part, the selected open-source library was applied within the sample task, dealing with the detection of laser beam positions.
User Interface with Mobile Device and Camera
Jelínek, Dalibor ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Najman, Pavel (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with development of user interface which will allow to control mobile device using camera and without use of hands. Thesis includes research on existing non-contact user interface sollutions and relevat computer vision techlologies. The output of the practical part is Android application which serves as a web browser that can be controlled exclusively by facial movements and voice.
Masked face detection
Malý, Ondřej ; Kříž, Petr (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to study and test current methods for face detection on veiled faces and evaluate the results. In the first chapter, five selected methods are theoretically analyzed and in the second chapter the individual methods are evaluated, both for the Wider Face file and for the actual set of photos with veiled faces. Subsequently, the Dlib CNN method is improved for better detection of veiled faces and reprogrammed to detect the degree of veil from the tested image
Web Gallery with Person Identification
Hubl, Lukáš ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of an application which serves as a web gallery for saving and viewing photographs with the possibility of automatic filtration of faces. The application chooses its instruments for creating particular parts as well as including the instruments for the automatic identity recognition, and its implementation into the created web application. The test results of the face's detection and the recognition of particular persons are shown on dataset, which was created intentionally for this work. Last chapter describes further possibilities for improving particular elements the resulting application.
Mobile App for Recognition of Leukocoria in an Image of Human Face
Hřebíček, Pavel ; Kodym, Oldřich (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design and implement a multiplatform multilingual mobile application for detecting leukocoria in an image of human face for iOS and Android platforms. Leukocoria is a whitish light of the pupil, which can be seen on the photo when the flash is used. Early detection of this symptom can save human eyesight. The application itself allows to analyze a user's photo and detect the presence of leukocoria. The goal of the application is to analyze eyes of the human, from which the mobile application name - Eye Check is derived. React Native framework was used to create a multiplatform mobile application. The Dlib library was chosen for human face and eye detection, the OpenCV library for working with the photo. The convolutional neural network was used to classify the eyes for the possible presence of leukocoria. Client-Server communication is solved using the REST architecture. The result is a mobile application that detects leukocoria and allerts the user to visit his doctor if leukocoria is detected.
Deep Learning for Facial Recognition in Video
Jeřábek, Vladimír ; Sochor, Jakub (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This work deals with face recognition in video using neural networks. In the beginning, there is described the process of selection and verification of convolution neural network to generate feature vectors from images of different identities. In the next part, this work deals with the aggregation of feature vectors from video frames. Aggregation takes place through aggregation neural networks. At the end of this work, the results obtained by the aggregation methods are discussed.
Biometric Gateway Using Camera to Identify People
Jelen, Vilém ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Goldmann, Tomáš (advisor)
Biometric gateways are used to quickly and accurately identify people. Of the biometric characteristics, iris, face and fingerprints are commonly used. By combining them, better identification results can be achieved. The aim of this thesis is to create such a biometric gateway together with the control application. A combination of iris of both eyes and face is used, which is captured by cameras from three angles to increase accuracy. Neural networks are used to detect and extract face features. Iris recognition is realized using Daugman's algorithm.
Detection of Wanted People in Video
Bažout, David ; Musil, Petr (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a software tool for searching of wanted people in video recordings from surveillance cameras. Wanted people are identified to the system using multiple facial photos. The output consists of information on the occurrence of wanted persons in specific frames. The problem consists of face detection and its subsequent identification task. Experiments with existing approaches on appropriate datasets provide relevant comparisons of method performance under different conditions. Appropriate methods and their optimal settings for this particular task are chosen according to the results of the experiments. The thesis also deals with the design of suitable architecture, research of existing libraries implementing the tested methods and other ways of optimizing the calculation. The result is the implementation of a user application that meets the specified parameters. The application's functionality has been tested on the own dataset simulating real-world conditions.
Smartphone Game Using Recognition of Face Features
Skoták, Jiří ; Szőke, Igor (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This master's thesis focuses on smartphone game for iOS, which uses recognition of face features and other information, which can be obtained from a smartphone's camera and sensors. This work describes a few approaches for real-time face detection and then introduces and compares possibilities for such task on iOS. Moreover, the thesis contains a draft of the final game and its levels. The game showcases various technologies in its levels such as object detection, processing an image color and others. Finally, the thesis introduces the final form of the game that is released and available on the App Store.
